宫保鸡丁 Kung Pao Chicken
配料 Ingredients:
1. 鸡胸肉 Chicken breast 500g
2. 大葱 Scallions 50g (seasonal: available from autumn)
3. 花生 Peanuts 50g
4. 生抽 Light Soy sauce 15g
5. 香醋 Black Vinegar 10g
6. 白糖 Sugar 5g
7. 蒜末 Garlic 10g
8. 淀粉 Corn starch 5g (Zlatni puder flour is a good substitute)
9. 花椒 Pepper corn 5g (not available in Bosnia: bring from home)
10.干辣椒段 Dry chilli 10g (not available in Bosnia: bring from home)
步骤 Steps:
1. Chop the chicken breast into 1cm cubes and marinate it with soy sauce and salt.
2. Prepare the sauce: mix sugar, black vinegar, starch and some water together.
3. Heat the oil and put garlic, peppercorn and dry chilli in.
4. Stir-fry for a while then add chopped scallions, chicken and peanuts and continue
stirring.
5. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry for a while.
